I thoroughly enjoyed your Mystery Diner's restaurant review of The Cellar [Best Cellar, February 2019 ], so much so in fact that we intend to eat there in the near future.

Comments such as

'an epic menu', 'I almost fainted with pleasure', 'each new plate was a bravura performanc­e' and finally, 'this was fascinatin­g fare, accomplish­ed and flawless' left me in no doubt that The Cellar will be our next treat when we are over in Scotland at Easter.

You can imagine my suprise (and shock) when I noted that your Mystery Diner only awarded it four out of a possible five stars.

If I was Billy Boyter I would be more than a little disappoint­ed after his flawless cooking.
