From earth to sea

Edinburgh’s Dynamic Earth has been awarded £57,000 of funding to help progress plans towards delivering a project which will celebrate Scotland’s marine heritage. The funding, from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, enables Dynamic Earth to move to the next stage of the application process, applying for further National Lottery support to complete their exciting £1m project. Discovering the Deep will celebrate the role Scotland has played in modern oceanography and engage the public with threats to the marine environment.
