CREEPY-CRAWLY COUNT

Pupils at Broughton Primary School in Edinburgh were visited by BBC Winterwatch presenter Chris Packham to thank them for their work in national citizen science project What’s Under Your Feet? The project involved the youngsters digging up a small part of the school playing field to identify and count invertebrates to help scientists at the British Trust for Ornithology understand more about the underground creatures.
