PRIZE PIES

The Galloway Cattle Society and the current World Scotch Pie Champion have developed The Galloway pie. Incorporating succulent, quality assured Galloway Beef in a rich, traditional gravy encased in a scotch pie shell with puff pastry top, the pie has been created by Dumfries Baker, Kerr Little of The Little Bakery.
