Internatio­nal chocolate judge and writer Andrew Baker has described Scottish chocolates as being a ‘Michelin-level delicacy’ in his new book From Bean to Bar: A Chocolate Lover’s Guide to Britain. He visited Chocolate Tree in Edinburgh, The Highland Chocolatie­r in Pitlochry, festivals and farmer’s markets to find quality artisan chocolate.
