Winter berry coulis
200g strawberries 100g redcurrants 100g caster sugar
1. Place fruit into saucepan with sugar over a medium heat.
2. Crush fruit gently until it has dissolved and become saucy.
3. Strain through a sieve and serve hot or cold with homemade custard.
