COAST WITH THE MOST

A project which aims to gather maritime stories from across the west coast has been launched. The Coast that Shaped the World will explore how our maritime cultural and natural heritage helped to shape the world. The project is part of a new £5 million programme to invest in the Highlands and Islands, with the aim of bringing people to some of the less well-visited areas of the west coast.
