Cox to lead from the front

Actor Brian Cox will return as Grand Marshal of the 2020 New York City Tartan Day parade. The Dundee-born actor, whose work in film, television and theatre over the past 40 years has made him a household name on both sides of the pond, will lead this year’s procession. It’s the first time that a previous Grand Marshal has been asked to reprise their role since the parade moved to Manhattan’s iconic Sixth Avenue. Cox originally led the parade in 2012, and recently won a Golden Globe Award for his performance in the TV series Succession. www.nyctartanweek.org
