FIGHTING BACK IN THE CLIMATE CRISIS

Historic Environment Scotland has given its response to the climate crisis in its Climate Action Plan 2020-25. The heritage body has outlined an ambitious programme of climate commitments over the next five years and beyond, which will see over 5,000 years of Scotland’s history involved in the fight against climate change. A transformational approach to the organisation’s operations will include the doubling of emissions reductions targets to achieve ‘net-zero’ by 2045. www.historicenvironment.scot
