Cooking up a treat
Trainer of professional chefs, Edinburgh New Town Cookery School is marking a decade in business with the launch of ten new courses. Since being founded by Fiona Burrell, the school has run more than 2,500 courses, teaching more than 12,000 professionals, beginners and keen amateurs to cook.
