With a team of expert Designers and a Structural Engineering Manager and Technician onboard, the Robinsons Architecture & Design Division will soon be wrapping up an exciting year. With the majority of us spending an increasing amount of time in our homes, the Robinsons team have seen an exponential number of enquiries come in from people hoping to chat about home conversions and extensions, with many looking at alterations to their homes and gardens as a way to facilitate a modern home fit for modern challenges such as home working or providing childcare for grandchildren.

Recent residential projects for the experts have included home office garden rooms, garage buildings, home gyms, an Indian-style extension on a seafront home and the overhaul of a disused bungalow.

The bungalow project included a complete internal and external renovation, creating modern flows throughout, and an extension of the property to fit the growing family who purchased the property whilst still ensuring the alterations made the most of the rolling countryside views.

Outwith their residential portfolio, the designers have also assisted local government organisations and non-profits in creating layouts for the likes of festivals and regularly assist Robinsons Group – who provide construction services – by providing their planning, SER and building warrant services and in the creation of design and technical drawings for everything from agricultural sheds to supermarket builds.
