Spice mixes developed by Melanie Auld have gone on sale in Aldi. Auld launched Spice Pots in 2014 while living in Arrochar, initially selling through farmers’ markets and local shops. After moving to Gullane in East Lothian, Auld shifted her business up a gear, supplying more than 400 shops across Scotland, England and Ireland. After a trial in 92 Scottish stores, Aldi is now selling her spice pots UK-wide. spicepots.com
