THE SECRET THEATRE OPENS

Scottish Ballet’s first full-length feature film will makes its debut online at 6pm on 21 December. The Secret Theatre features a young boy who stumbles into an empty theatre, and includes characters, choreography and music from the ballet company’s festive repertoire, ‘as the worlds of the Snow Queen and the Sugar Plum Fairy collide’. Other parts of Scottish Ballet’s online winter programme include a new short film entitled The Swan, which draws on the stage production of Swan Lake for its inspiration. scottishballet.co.uk
