Ingredient­s:

25ml Darnley’s Spiced Gin 25ml Antica Formula Vermouth 25ml Campari 10ml Homemade Amarena cherry syrup infused with cherry liqueur and cinnamon stick

Method

Pour all ingredient­s into an old fashioned glass and stir. This is served with a bespoke Fingal ice cube infused with citrus essence. Garnish with a smoked cinnamon stick and a dried orange wheel covered in 23ct edible gold leaf.
