Fingal Christmas Negroni

Ingredients:

25ml Darnley’s Spiced Gin 25ml Antica Formula Vermouth 25ml Campari 10ml Homemade Amarena cherry syrup infused with cherry liqueur and cinnamon stick

Method

Pour all ingredients into an old fashioned glass and stir. This is served with a bespoke Fingal ice cube infused with citrus essence. Garnish with a smoked cinnamon stick and a dried orange wheel covered in 23ct edible gold leaf.
