WHISKY GALORE!

In response to Mo Crawford’s letter in your December issue I have to tell her to go for the Whisky Cake next.

I opted for four small cakes when I made them back in September thinking they would make ideal gifts for friends at Christmas time. A couple of weeks ago I just had to try one – and now we’re enjoying cake number three!

It is a fabulous recipe and couldn’t be easier to make. I’m about to bake another batch which, hopefully, my friends can enjoy this time around.

I’m off now to look up the venison recipe.
