CATCHINGTHE READING BUG

-

Scots used the initial spring lockdown to work their way through their reading piles, according to a survey by the Scottish Book Trust. Marc Lambert, the charity’s chief executive, said: ‘It’s encouraging to see many of the public have used the time to pick up a book. Reading can support mental health and wellbeing, reduce stress and also help relaxation, so it’s the perfect habit to start.’ scottishbooktrust.com
