Morrison’s Academy

Morrison’s Academy is a vibrant independent day school, nestled in the heart of Crieff, Perthshire. The school’s 160-year legacy and rich heritage provide an excellent foundation for the progressive programmes, learning platforms, forward thinking curriculum and superb campus from which generations of Morrisonians have benefitted.

Morrison’s Academy welcomes pupils from 2 - 18 years, this all-through schooling enables a truly personalised education, where every child is known and guided to find their passions and develop their strengths.

Morrison’s Academy creates academic and co-curricular opportunities and experiences for pupils to excel. Morrison’s Academy is proud of their consistent reputation for outstanding academic results. In 2020, the Advanced Higher pupils achieved 100% pass rate. The overall Higher pass rate was 94%, with the S6 pupils achieving a 100% pass rate in their Highers. More than a quarter of the S5 year group were awarded 5 As and 55% of Higher passes were at Grade A. Morrison’s Academy’s younger pupils enjoyed a pass rate of 95% in their National 5s.

The school’s strong academic foundations are supplemented by educational programmes including Forest School, Morrison’s

Academy’s unique Learning for Life programme and, more recently, the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy, the first in Scotland. Each programme has been carefully developed to provide pupils with life skills: resilience, perseverance, problem solving and social skills – preparing Morrisonians for big futures. Attending Morrison’s Academy is more than a child’s education. Pupils and families are welcomed into a close knit, supportive community, becoming part of the big Morrisonian family for life.
