Murrayshal­l Country House Hotel and Golf Club has appointed Willie Jones as head of food and beverage. He joins with a wealth of experience ranging from 16 years at the prestigiou­s Gleneagles Hotel, to time at The Belfry, Wrightingt­on Hotel and Country Club and Paul Heathcote’s flagship Michelin starred restaurant, The Longridge Restaurant.
