One 2 One Care Group

We are a team of highly trained care professionals, who are very experienced in mature care. We pride ourselves on a person-centred assessment which gives an holistic approach to the individual’s needs. We encourage clients to be as independent as they can, whilst promoting dignity and choice throughout. Included in our care packages, we will also carry out shopping, Hospital and Doctor visits, and cater to any dietary needs with homemade meals and management of medication.

We also work closely with other health professionals and provide the opportunity to partake in activities and outings for our clients. All One 2 One carers are PVG Registered (police disclosures) and are fully vaccinated against Covid 19.
