Health and wellbeing store Holland & Barrett is now stocking Cauliflower Crisps from Ayrshire family business Nudie Snacks. Made from wonky veg grown in Scotland that would otherwise be discarded, the crisps are the first of their kind on the market with such strong sustainability credentials. With no artificial flavourings or colourings, the cauliflower crisps are low in calories and high in fibre.
