The Gannet goes east
Bonnie & Wild has confirmed two acclaimed restaurants will be taking top spots at Edinburgh’s first Food Hall, which opens in late June. Glasgow institution The Gannet, opened by Ivan Stein and Peter McKenna (pictured right), one of the city’s best-loved restaurants which is renowned for its take on Scottish fine dining will be taking key food stalls at Bonnie & Wild’s Scottish Marketplace, as will vegan restaurant group Erpingham House.
