Bonnie & Wild has confirmed two acclaimed restaurant­s will be taking top spots at Edinburgh’s first Food Hall, which opens in late June. Glasgow institutio­n The Gannet, opened by Ivan Stein and Peter McKenna (pictured right), one of the city’s best-loved restaurant­s which is renowned for its take on Scottish fine dining will be taking key food stalls at Bonnie & Wild’s Scottish Marketplac­e, as will vegan restaurant group Erpingham House.
