A TRIBUTE TO HRH

These three pictures were taken in 1989 at Islabank Farm. We had a stand called Auto Dog as it was a country fair. Prince Philip was there racing his horses and carriage.

It was hard to get a photo as his security were there. I managed to get them when they went to speak with another person. When he saw me, he raised his hat – very honoured.

In one of the photos you can see the scales for weighing the carriages. (They may be of interest in time for what would have been HRH's 100th birthday). The lady carrying the child I think was the owner of the Islabank. Overall the day was enjoyable with great memories.
