Holy smoke

One Scottish tradition is meeting another with Gin Bothy’s Smoked Gin. Botanicals are smoked at Alex Spink and Sons’ fish smoking house in Arbroath. The juniper, orange peel, coriander and lemon were then distilled, creating the spirit. Only 250 bottles of this first edition smoked gin have been produced. The RRP is £35.
