CHEF'S CORNER
Your November issue has inspired me. I've always been a little worried about cooking with pumpkins, but the recipes in this issue look truly magnificent.
Now seeing all the pumpkins and squashes on the shelves of supermarkets, I have been brave and picked up a couple. I have a week off work coming up and I am going to spend some quality time in my kitchen. It has been too long since I did this and I am looking forward to it.
I must say that I am definitely making the pumpkin risotto with chorizo and wilted spinach and the pumpkin, date, ginger and cocoa power balls. I shall have to remember to send you photographs when I do.
