Designed by Architect and Designer Sir David Adjaye, Decanter No.1 of Gordon & MacPhail Generations 80 YO sold for £142,000 at Sotheby’s in Hong Kong. This decanter houses spirit from The Glenlivet Distillery, originally laid down in 1940, making this an auction record for a bottle of the world’s oldest whisky.
