Belhaven Hill School

Belhaven Hill School, set in an idyllic parkland campus beside the sea in Dunbar, now offers an inspiring boarding and day education for 5 to 13-year-old girls and boys, following the school’s decision to open a Pre-Prep in April 2022. The school is popular with local day children, as well as boarders from further afield across Scotland, the North of England and Europe.

Belhaven offers a creative academic curriculum and progressive digital education, as well as Outdoor Education and outstanding Support for Learning. In the last two years, nearly 60% of leavers have won scholarships and awards to their first-choice senior schools.

Team sports and activities feature daily: the children surf, swim, ride, ski, and play tennis and golf, alongside coding and robotics, sustainability, art, music, drama, reeling and piping.
