Taking the plunge

I live for nature. I love to get out and about as much as I can, drinking in beautiful landscapes with the sounds of local wildlife going about its business. And when I can't get out – or travel – to experience it myself I usually turn to the plethora of nature documentaries offered on streaming platforms.

Yet, I felt compelled to write and tell you that your latest edition [February 2022 edition] sparked that joy in me when I turned to page 90 and was met by the extraordinary underwater photography of Gill Williams. I have always wished to explore beneath the surface of our planet's waters and, seeing the beautiful array of colours and species that can be found here in our own Scottish waters, I have decided there's no better place to start than near to home.
