Wallpaper novice?

• Use a professional decorator; good wallpaper does not come cheap so don’t make it look that way by hanging it poorly.

• Your decorator will be able to advise you on how many rolls your room will require, they will need to know the roll size and pattern repeat, so make a note; better still take a photo of the whole label.

• When buying in store make sure that batch numbers are all the same on each roll. Different batches can result in subtle colour differences which look negligible on the roll but scream out once on the wall. Likewise reject any online order with mixed codes. This is rare with modern production but don’t risk it.
