Love you more than chocolate

Dear Scottish Field team, I do hope you know what joy you bring to your readers each month! I did laugh when I read Mike Laird's Credo [March issue] where he said that he always likes to take cheese and chocolate with him on Arctic expeditions. (I can't say I blame him. After having given up chocolate for Lent, I felt like Le Curé in Joanne Harris' Chocolat on Easter Sunday!)
