ROUGH GROUND RIG 1-HOOK CLIPPED 4/0

This is a single-hook, streamlined and effective rig that is perfect for targeting mainly cod from rough ground, but also smoothhounds and pollack at long distance.

It’s a fixed paternoster, making it ideal for quicker hook-ups, especially at stronger tidal venues where the ground is testing.

It has a main 80lb mono rig body with a 50lb hook snood and a strong 4/0 Mustad Viking hook. A strong Gemini Genie Bent Clip sits at the base of the rig, acting as a bait clip and lead link.

At the head of the rig is a strong diamond-eye swivel to aid with quick rig changes during a session.
