Emmar’s expansion push
EMMAR Hospitality Group, the company behind brands such as The Address, Vida and Rove Hotels & Resorts, has marked a milestone of 50 operational and new hotel projects.
Currently operating 12 properties and three serviced apartments in Dubai, the company has a ‘ development pipeline’ of over 35 projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Turkey and The Maldives, Olivier Harnisch, CEO of Emaar Hospitality Group, said.
Speaking at a press conference at ATM, he said that each of the three brands had gained “significant traction and are fast expanding their footprint to meet the fast needs and aspirations of a quickly-changing tourist demographic…we are highlighting millennial travellers and a new generation of entrepreneurs.”
Harnisch, said Emaaar has noted a steady increase from the UK market and expects this to grow further.
“Our digital transformation strategy, which offers intelligent rooms and a seamless service where guests can check in/out anywhere, appeals to the rising number of millennials and the new generation of entrepreneurs,” he said. emaar.com
