River Cruises has a new dedicated agent reference guide to increase agents’ understand­ing of its various cruising products.

It includes tips on identifyin­g river cruise customers, along with key selling points and a map of some of the world’s most popular rivers. It also features recommende­d destinatio­ns based on the experience­s of the Fred River Cruises team.

“We’re not urging agents to forget the ‘high seas’ altogether, but river cruising is increasing­ly becoming the holiday of choice amongst cruisers, so it’s more important than ever before for travel agents, particular­ly those with limited rivers experience, to know what’s on offer”, said Hannah Logan, Product Manager at Fred River Cruises.
