COSTA Rica’s Poás Volcano National Park has re-opened after being closed for more than a year. The park, one of the country’s ‘must see’ wonders, features the 8,900-ft-high Poás, one of Costa Rica’s six active volcanoes with a crater lake near the summit. Its variety of walking trails are surrounded by cloud forests.
