Do the Haka with NZ
THE Tourism New Zealand team hosted its key UK and German trade partners for an evening of New Zealand hospitality, food and wine. The event, held at London's Royal Academy, celebrated the opening of the new 'Oceania' exhibition. Guests were treated to a private tour of the gallery along with a show-stopping Haka performance by Manaia, a Maori cultural group.
Super dinner prize
THE team at Newell’s Travel in Newquay was awarded a £50 restaurant card by Super Break. It won an incentive between all 11 Newell’s Travel branches to see who could make the most bookings on the operator’s Iceland charter break, direct from Newquay. EIGHT UK agents enjoyed a tour of Nova Scotia with Axis Travel Marketing. They visited Halifax, Lunenburg, Digby and Cape Breton.
