Q TELL us about AMG’s Caribbean in­ter­ests.

AMG has a range of clients across the Caribbean, in­clud­ing the is­landS of Tobago, Saint Lu­cia, Bar­ba­dos, An­tigua and Nas­sau Par­adise Is­land in The Ba­hamas.

Q WHAT are the ben­e­fits of be­ing a CTO mem­ber?

Many mem­bers are small rep­re­sen­ta­tion com­pa­nies like ours with a port­fo­lio of ho­tel and des­ti­na­tion clients. We don’t have huge bud­gets so by pool­ing our re­sources we can give our­selves and our clients more choice.

Q WHAT CTO ac­tiv­i­ties are you in­volved with?

We al­ways par­tic­i­pate in the road­show and joined the CTO at this year’s In­ter­na­tional Lux­ury Travel Mar­ket, meet­ing over 40 new tour op­er­a­tors. We will also be mak­ing the most of our af­fil­i­a­tion with the new web­site, which is launch­ing this month (Jan­uary).

Q WHAT’S your top Caribbean tip?

The Caribbean of­fers ul­tra-lux­u­ri­ous all-in­clu­sive prop­er­ties as well as small. friendly B&Bs, so any­one can af­ford it! En­cour­age clients to visit lo­cal restau­rants and at­trac­tions.
