The Quintero Favoritos is not a hugely well-known brand of Cuban cigar, at least not when you put it up against the likes of Partagas, Cohiba and R&J.

Nonetheless, it is a delightful smoke with great tobacco and perfect for a quick stopgap — something to enjoy at elevenses or even for people who want to be social and smoke with friends without drawing on anything too large.

At 4½in and 50 ring gauge, it is a medium smoke and a perfect stick for those seeking to experience Cuban cigars at an affordable price. At under £20, it is a nice addition to any humidor or cigar pouch.
