OOPS! On page 56 of the December 2018 issue, the recommended equipment for viewing Mars should have been an 8-inch or larger telescope, not a 28-inch or larger. On the same page, the best time to see Mars should have been 1 December, 18:20 UT, not 06:20 UT.
