Starlink reaches 400 satellites

On 22 April, SpaceX delivered its latest batch of Starlink satellites into orbit, bringing the total to over 400. Elon Musk has previously stated this is the number needed for the network to begin supplying high-speed internet to the Northern Hemisphere.
