The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrates’ courts from February 8-13

SHAUN MCKAY, 49, of Norton Park, Ascot, was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £461 and told to pay £131 costs for drink-driving in Ascot on December 25.

HARDEEP BALLI, 24, of Manor Road, Windsor, was given a three-month community order, told to pay £100 compensation and £340 costs for using religiously aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Maidenhead on November 16, 2019.

MOHAMMED RAHEEL, 34, of Farnham Road, Slough, was fined £40 and told to pay £119 costs for vehicle interference in Slough on December 12.

GREGORY KNIGHT, 59, of Queens Road, Slough, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for one year, and told to pay £478 costs for using threatening words or behaviour aggravated by presumed sexual orientation towards two people in Slough on July 1.

SARAH LARFA, 23, of Tamarisk Way, Slough, was given a one-year community order, banned from driving for nine months and told to pay £180 costs for driving while disqualified and without insurance in Slough on October 15.

SIMON GEMMILL, 42, of Green Lane, Windsor was given a one-year conditional discharge and told to pay £22 costs for possessing cannabis in Windsor on March 28 and May 17.

RUHEL UNU, 28, of Reddington Drive, Slough, was given a one-year community order, banned from driving for 28 months, fined £200 and told to pay £95 costs for drug driving, driving without a licence and possessing cannabis in Slough on July 5 and drug driving, using a handheld mobile phone while driving and possessing cannabis on August 12 in Slough.

PAWEL LATOS, 41, of Thorne Road, Slough, was banned form driving for 19 months, fined £392 and told to pay £124 costs for drink driving in Slough on January 11.

ALEEM GHAFOOR, 43 of Mirador Crescent, Slough was banned from driving for one year, fined £162 and told to pay £167 costs for drug driving in Slough on February 12.

JAROSLAW JANISZEWSKI, 53, of Diamond Road, Slough, was fined £213 and told to pay £119 costs for assault by beating in Slough on August 24.

IMRAN JAVEED, 45, of Mead Close, Slough, was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £300 and told to pay £234 costs for failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Maidenhead on May 27.

HUSSAIN AHMED, 18, of Berryfield, Slough, was fined £40, told to pay £50 costs and £2.90 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Slough on October 30.

SIAMA AKHTAR, 40, of The Crescent, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £2.90 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket at Windsor & Eton Central Station on September 29.

SALMA AYYAZ, 42, of Wexham Road, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £9.70 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Reading on October 23.

ANDREI-ALIN BOATA, 25, of Queens Road, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £22.80 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Guildford on October 21.

ANDREI BRUMA, 26, of Ellis Avenue, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £22.80 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Guildford on October 21.

JAYDEN CARTEL, 23, of Canterbury Mews, Windsor, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £2.90 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Slough on October 29.

NADIR CHACURA, 34, of Wellesley Road, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £2.90 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket at Windsor & Eton Central Station on September 25.

STUART COOK, 31, of Kendal Close, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £9.90 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Reading on October 19.

JAMAL KHAN, 23, of Elliman Avenue, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £3 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Slough on October 8.

JONATHAN LELAY, 19, of Vaughan Gardens, Eton Wick, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £9.70 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Maidenhead on October 20.

FATOU LOWE, 18, of Holmedale, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £10.30 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Slough on October 28.

ABDI MAHMED, 20, of Warwick Avenue, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £4 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Reading on October 16.

AHMED SALEHALISMAILY, 19, of Ragstone Road, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £6.90 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Sandhurst on September 29.

MAHAN TALALAU, 35, of Ledgers Road, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £22.80 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Guildford on October 21.

JUSTNYA WOJCIAK, 38, of Aldenham Close, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £2.90 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Slough on September 29.

AHMED YESUS, 18, of Rowan Way, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £150 costs and £4 compensation for entering a train without a valid ticket in Reading on October 16.

ADAM WARNER, 21, of Bannister Close, Slough, was banned from driving for one year, fined £100 and told to pay £119 costs for drug driving in Slough on July 19.

BRANDON WESTBURY, 22, of Woodland Avenue, Slough, was banned from driving for three years, fined £450 and told to pay £130 costs for #drug driving and cannabis possession in Windsor on

July 12.

MASSIMO CARRI, 24, of Abbots Walk, Windsor, was banned from driving for one year, fined £330 and told to pay £119 costs for drug driving and possession of cannabis in Builth Wells, Wales, on August 19.

HUSNAIN MAHMOOD, 20, of Brammas Close, Slough, was banned from driving for one year, fined £100 and told to pay £119 costs for drug driving in Cippenham on July 1.

PATRYK POCIECHA, 35, of Gloucester Avenue, Slough, was banned from driving for three years, fined £400 and told to pay £125 costs for drug driving and possession of cannabis in Slough on July 10.

DERAR BELEL, 49, of Surrey Avenue, Slough, was fined £175 and told to pay £32 costs for 16 counts of failing to comply with the Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations 2013 at Damascene, Slough High Street, on August 15, 2019 and September 17, 2019.
