Craft an art piece for Platinum Jubilee

Craft Coop is holding an art competition, inviting people to create an art piece that represents the Platinum Jubilee.

The free-to-enter competition, which is launching today (Friday), is open to groups or individuals, using any technique of art, including recycling materials.

The four age categories are preschool, primary school, secondary school, and adult.

Craft Coop Windsor is planning to hold a small celebration awards event to announce the winners ahead of the weekend of the Platinum Jubilee.

The winning pieces of art will be on display at the Windsor shop throughout

June, and also in an online gallery.

A cash prize of £70 per category, sponsored by Bovingdons in Windsor, will also be given to winners.

The closing date for entries is Friday, May 13. Entries need to be brought to the Craft Coop in Windsor along with your name, category, and contact details.
