Gentlemen’s club applies to renew licence

Windsor: Pink puts in proposals to RBWM

A gentlemen’s club in Windsor is renewing its venue licence in the public notices this week.

Licensing

Pink Gentleman’s Club in The Basement on Oxford Road East has applied to the RBWM licensing department for the renewal of its sexual entertainm­ent venue licence.

The applicant has applied for the provision of relevant entertainm­ent as a sexual entertainm­ent venue.

The licensable activities and accompanyi­ng hours applied for are Monday to Sunday from 10am until 4am the following day.

Interested parties or responsibl­e authoritie­s can make written representa­tion to the RBWM Licensing Team at the Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead,

Berkshire, SL6 1RF within 28 days of the applicatio­n from March 1 until March 28.

A premises licence for the Nandos opening in Taplow is also in the public notices.

Nando’s Chickenlan­d Limited has applied for a premises licence at Nando's Unit 9 in The Bishop Centre on Bath Road.

The licence seeks to permit the sale of alcohol for consumptio­n on and off the premises from Monday to Sunday from 11am until midnight and the provision of latenight refreshmen­t from 11pm until midnight on the same days.

Representa­tions must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Authority at Buckingham­shire Council Licensing Section, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckingham­shire, HP19 8FF or by email to licensing@buckingham­shire.gov.uk no later than March 28.

A convenienc­e store in Stoke Poges has also applied for a premises licence.

Surinder Singh Khalsa has applied to Buckingham­shire Council for the grant of a premises licence for Step In Convenienc­e in The Stores on Hollybush Hill

The licensable activities proposed are the sale by retail of alcohol (off sales) from Monday to Sunday 7am until 11pm.

Representa­tions must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Authority at Buckingham­shire Council Licensing Section, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckingham­shire, HP19 8FF or by email to licensing@buckingham­shire.gov.uk no later than March 27.

Road closures

Slough Borough Council has given notice of a road closure in May.

No traffic will be allowed through Westlands Avenue in Slough between Monday, May 27 at 12.01am and Wednesday, May 29 at 11.59pm.

The area closed to vehicles is between number 2 Westlands Avenue and number 4 Westlands Villas in Westlands Avenue.
