8pm BBC2 In this fun and fresh series, restaurateur Nisha Katona celebrates the importance of home cooking while uncovering an array of Indian recipes in Britain that have been handed down through generations.
In the first part of tonight’s double-bill, Nisha is in the Midlands, where she discovers authentic Punjabi cuisine and prepares tandoori chicken.
The second episode finds Nisha in London where she meets a group of Sri Lankans, who serve their fave dishes from home in a lakeside cafe in the capital’s Victoria Park.
