HECTOR’S EPIC CYCLE
Inspired by a former pupil at his school, 12-year-old Hector Rees-Davies undertook an epic charity bike ride.
He raised £2,124.50 for the Forever Friends appeal at the Royal United Hospitals in Bath by cycling 100 miles around the city in 12 hours. The Millfield
Prep pupil was inspired by former Millfield and Bath rugby player Ed Jackson, who is helping rehabilitation charities after suffering from a severe spinal injury last year. Hector initially got the fundraising bug after washing cars and saving money for a rugby tour with the school.
