Missing mother and girl spotted
A MISSING mother and daughter from Barry have been sighted in Scotland.
Police investigating their disappearance are now urging them to come forward as “concern is growing for their welfare”.
Sian Duili, 47, and Aisha Duili, eight, were last seen in Barry on Tuesday, December 11.
CCTV images show the mother and daughter were in a Costcutter in Gretna, Scotland, on Thursday at 1.15pm.
In the footage, Sian is wearing a dark-coloured jumper and Aisha was wearing a red jumper with ‘Whatever’ in white letters on the front.
The pair were also sighted in Carlisle, Cumbria, on Thursday afternoon at around 12.45pm.
Officers said Sian had links to the Newcastle and Swindon areas, and also had access to a white Kia Sportage car, registration number CE67 RPZ. She could also be using another vehicle. Superintendent Alun Morgan said: “We are now very worried for their safety as no contact has been made. I am grateful for the support of officers around the country in assisting with extensive enquiries and we are working more closely with Police Scotland and north of England forces to help locate Sian and Aisha.
