Llandaff Cathedral – 1120

The burial site of three Welsh saints the cathedral was built on the site of a church.

The building has seen a lot of drama over the past millennium.

It has been badly damaged several times including during Owain Glyndwr’s rebellion, the English civil war, and being bombed during the blitz. to spot friends and family after the Car Half Marathon. The buildings constr tion actually started in 1912 but becaus the First World War it did not open u 1927.
