The 48 year-old Rhondda product enjoyed a successful 18-year playing career at both club and international level before moving into coaching. Was in charge of the Wales Under-21 side before stepping up to be Ryan Giggs’ assistant in the senior set up. Took over the lead role when Giggs stood down ahead of an impending court case and led Wales into the last 16 of the Euros and the top division of the Nations League before masterminding World Cup qualification.
