MASON Grady will start on the wing for Cardiff Rugby in Glasgow to night as the Welsh region have been boosted by the return of four Wales internationals.

Grady made a huge impact as a second-half replacement during Wales’ disastrous Six Nations defeat to Italy in Cardiff last weekend.

Grady’s impressive cameo performance led to Wales head coach Warren Gatland comparing aspects of his game to Sonny Bill Williams on the BBC’s ScrumV last Sunday.

New Wales cap Mackenzie Martin will pack down at No 8 at Scotstoun, while Teddy Williams starts at second-row with Seb Davies on the bench.

Cardiff sit in 12th place in the United Rugby Championship table and are desperately in need of a win tonight.

“It’s great to get a few of the Wales boys back and they have had a really positive impact in training this week,” said Cardiff’s head coach Matt Sherratt.

“The intensity and quality of the sessions has been great and we are looking forward to a big challenge this weekend against Glasgow.

“They are one of the form teams in the competition.

“Franco Smith has done a good job there and you can see the traits of him in the team.

“They attack the short sides, they are good on the counter-attack, have some innovative strike plays and all of that is combined with one of the best defences in the URC.”

Cardiff: Jacob Beetham; Mason Grady, Max Clark, Ben Thomas, Aled Summerhill; Tinus de Beer, E Bevan; Rhys Carre, Liam Belcher, Will Davies-King, Shane Lewis-Hughes, Teddy Williams, Ben Donnell, Thomas Young, MacKenzie Martin.
