Hall con­cert to com­mem­o­rate

THE Fes­ti­val of Re­mem­brance con­cert takes place in Swansea tonight.

The Brang­wyn Hall will host an evening com­mem­o­rat­ing the cen­te­nary since the First World War ended and 100 years since the for­ma­tion of the Royal Air­force.

Doors open at 6pm for a 7pm start and will see a range of per­form­ers.

Tak­ing to the stage will be soloist Gwawr Ed­wards, the 215 City of Swansea Squadron Mil­i­tary March­ing Band, Dun­vant and Mor­ris­ton RFC male voice choirs, along with the City of Swansea Pipe Band and con­cert band.

Dance­rama per­form­ing arts group will be part of the line-up along with the Swansea Mu­sic youth choir named Choir­works.

Host­ing the evening will be Brian Sul­li­van. En­try is free.
