European selection honour for karate students

Ben Williams and Mina Cook from Carmarthenshire Karate have both been selected to represent Wales at the 46th EKF Junior, Cadet and 11th U21 European Karate Championships in Denmark in February 2019. They are pictured right with Sensei Mair Phillips. Carmarthenshire Karate is a group of voluntary karate clubs run by Mair Phillips (5th Dan), teaching traditional Wado Ryu-style karate, and has member clubs in Carmarthen, Cefneithin, Cross Hands, Narberth and St Clears.
