In total 700 full-time equivalent jobs would be directly employed by the resort with around 350 being at the site on a “typical” day.
There are proposals for a staff transport strategy – most likely with minibuses or coaches picking up at designated locations at specific times to coincide with shift patterns.
The outline planning application could go before Neath Port Talbot Council’s planning committee as early as January 15. THIS is what’s planned for each of the key areas.
